Cake Decorator Full-Time - New Location: Lathrop, CA
About The Position
As a Cake Decorator at Sam’s Club’s new Lathrop, California club, you will create custom cakes and bakery items, fulfill member orders, and contribute to a high-volume bakery. You will help members personalize cakes for birthdays, graduations, weddings, and other occasions while providing a positive, tailored service experience. The role involves working collaboratively with associates to support bakery production and club operations, maintaining quality and food safety, and using digital tools for production planning and inventory needs. As a founding associate, you will help shape the member experience and establish the club’s culture from its opening. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is expected.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if selected.
- Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, high-volume bakery environment.
