About The Position

We are seeking an experienced cake decorator with a full range of skills, from basic cake design to custom and tiered cakes. The role involves answering the phone, taking custom orders, and filling customer orders with exceptional customer service. This position requires a high volume of work during holiday seasons and involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning equipment and ensuring the floor is clean. The decorator must work well with others and be able to interact effectively with customers. Other assignments may be directed by a supervisor.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Possess some baking experience in a retail or commercial establishment.
Friendly personality and customer service mentality.
Good mathematical skills to operate scales & computers and to coordinate dates for inventory rotation.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English with reasonable proficiency.
Good team player; able to work with fellow associates to achieve goals.
Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and substance abuse free.
Ability to wear company-provided uniform and maintain a clean and groomed appearance.
