As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. You will be responsible for planning bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, and working with various products to create decorative elements. You will also ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Additionally, you will leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, operate and maintain equipment, and identify member needs to assist with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns. You will also act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service, and contribute to a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment. This role involves complying with company policies, completing work assignments, and adapting to change. You will embrace differences, create a workplace where associates feel seen and supported, and help attract the best talent. You will work as a team, build strong relationships, and communicate with energy and positivity.
