Adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management is crucial. You will also operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution. The position requires leveraging digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement, using handheld technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality. You will drive the bakery area's performance by ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events. Additionally, you will identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve concerns. As a talent ambassador, you will advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, and help train, develop, and inspire associates.
