About The Position

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your bakery area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. You will be responsible for planning bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs, following recipe measurement instructions, and working with a variety of products to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items. You will also ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management, while operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment. Additionally, you will leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, and drive the performance of the bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events. You will also be a brand advocate by valuing the members experience in Bakery and modeling high quality service and products, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assisting in training, developing, influencing, and inspiring them. You will work as a team, build strong and trusting relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence. You will strengthen the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others, and recognizing others' contributions and accomplishments. You will act in a selfless manner and be consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent. Requirements

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
