Requirements

• Prior experience performing most or all of the duties and responsibilities for the role is required.
• Completed one whole semester in good standing with Bon Appetit (current role)
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures and food safety standards
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and established procedures
• Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning
• Stock and replenish food, supplies and workstations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift
• Wash dishes, utensils and equipment as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards
• Assist with closing duties
• Work as part of the team to provide excellent customer service
• Support newer student workers in performing assigned tasks efficiently
• Perform other related duties as assigned
