About The Position

Accountable for assigned funds and protection of company assets. Perform fills, credits and even money exchanges. Prepare funds for slot pay-outs. Prepare paid in and paid out forms. Cash checks and redeem chips and tickets. Count chips, checks and monies to balance assigned bank at the end of each shift.

Requirements

Knowledge of Title 31 requirements while enforcing gaming policies and procedures.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have previous experience in handling cash.
High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Must be able to use a 10 key and have strong computer skills.
Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
Must be flexible and able to work weekends.
Must have the ability to successfully interact with other team members and management.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of S.D.S, or Casino Market Place is a plus.

Responsibilities

Making change, cash E-tickets, and slot payouts.
Issue employee banks to assigned employees and their departments.
Work independently and unsupervised.
Pay attention to the smallest of details.
Must have the ability to maintain composer in a potentially stressful environment.
Responsible for all key transactions in the cage, per gaming regulations.
Must have good phone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of S.D.S, or Casino Market Place is a plus.
Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests.
Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
