Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
Must understand and speak the English language.
Must be 21 years of age or over.

Nice To Haves

9-12 months of cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with all Cage operations, including check cashing, chip sales, credit application processing, redemptions, and credit transactions in a pleasant and professional manner, in compliance with internal controls.
Provide a high level of guest service and promote a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience.
Count drawer at start of shift, verify cash amount, and document according to standard procedure.
Issue chips and tokens to guests for cash.
Receive payments for markers and record in the computer system.
Deposit paid markers to the bank.
Redeem complimentary coupons in accordance with standard procedures.
Redeem chips or tokens for cash at guest request.
Cash all checks within standard procedures.
Redeem payments, checks, front money, and safekeeping.
Verify and process Main Bank buys for gaming funds or fills.
Receive soft count drops into the Main Bank.
Prepare deposits to the Bank.
Balance the drawer at the end of the shift.
Redeem TiTO tickets as required by standard procedure.
Take Credit applications, run Credit reports, and maintain Credit files.
Perform other duties as assigned.
