The Cage/CR Supervisor is responsible for protecting company assets. They accurately handle customer exchanges for chips/cash equivalents for cash, cash checks within established procedures, exchange foreign currency, and perform all other associated Cage/CR functions. The role offers high levels of service to all guests and maintains customer information, assuring the highest standards of confidentiality. The supervisor assists customers in establishing credit lines and communicates with appropriate personnel concerning customer credit information. They handle Pit fills/credits, Marker/FM accountability, and Cashiering Bank accountabilities with ease, cooperating with team members within the department, as well as with other departments. The supervisor must be able to explain and communicate current casino programs and promotions to players.
