About The Position

Peraton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our USCYBERCOM team on-site in the Fort Meade, MD area. In this role, you will provide staff/project support for the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) Commander's Action Group (CAG). You will manage engagements, materials, and information for senior CNMF leadership interactions with Combatant Command (CCMD) senior leadership and other key leaders/stakeholders. This includes coordinating CNMF leadership communications across subordinate J-Directorates and the Executive Aide Staff to ensure the intent, messages, and themes for CNMF are synchronized, harmonized, clear, and consistent, aiming for command communications "with one voice." You will also coordinate input and craft presentations, papers, and materials according to CNMF senior leadership direction for command projects, proposals, and initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate and complete USCYBERCOM HHQ staff and operational tasking, remain conversant with the vision, mission, and intent of the CNMF Commander and issues considered by the Service and functional-area Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ) commands, and coordinate with USCYBERCOM staff to complete administrative and operational HHQ’s taskings. You will translate actions contained in the Command Operational Directive to staff and track completion status, and perform ad hoc tasks in execution of the Commander's cyber mission priorities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline
  • Understands Cyber Mission and grasps implications of policy and operations in cyberspace
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask
  • U.S. citizenship
  • An active Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work as a Staff/Action Officer working in support of senior military leadership
  • Awareness and skill in properly addressing protocol requirements for internal/external engagements
  • Experience in fast-paced environment directly supporting the senior leadership of an organization
  • Demonstrated maturity in communications, professional in manner.
  • Possesses judgment and discretion handling sensitive information and “need to know”
