Under the direction of the School Principal, the Cafeteria Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of the food service operations for the school. The employee shall be a minister of the Gospel and Catholic Teaching both academically and behaviorally while at work and in his/her personal life. This role requires adherence to nutrition requirements, production of work schedules, management of food production in a sanitary environment, ordering of food and supplies, preparation of meals, maintenance of serving schedules, accurate financial and activity record-keeping, ensuring compliance with personnel policies, maintaining a safe working environment, and managing equipment maintenance.
