We are looking for a server to join our team. This role engages guests in conversation, anticipates their needs, and helps create memorable moments. Café servers maintain clean and organized service spaces and ensure compliance with all Health Department sanitation standards. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must successfully pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
Internal candidates must meet eligibility requirements under the Transfer & Promotion Policy.
Must complete all required alcohol awareness and food/alcohol safety certifications.

Responsibilities

Efficiently and accurately take and deliver beverage and food orders in a timely, friendly manner.
Interact with guests enthusiastically while taking orders, including appropriate upselling.
Provide cocktail service, bus tables as needed and maintain a visually appealing dining environment.
Set up the café service area at the beginning of the shift and complete all closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
Maintain inventory of garnishes, glassware, beverages, ice, and other supplies throughout the shift.
Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, including terminology and appropriate glassware.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist in training and mentoring new Team Members when requested.
Maintain compliance with company regulations, alcohol service laws, food safety, and industry standards.
