About The Position
New Albany Country Club is seeking Café Attendants and Poolside Servers for the summer season, starting in May. This role involves taking orders, preparing food, and serving food and beverage items to members in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Opportunities are also available to work on the Grill and in Food Trucks.
Requirements
- Hospitality driven
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand on your feet and multi-task for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Must be 16 to apply for cafe attendant, must be 18 to work as a poolside server.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience a plus.
- Serve safe certified or knowledge of health department rules is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Workstation preparation prior to service and at the end of the shift.
- Maintaining the condition of the cafe dining room and accurately entering orders into the POS System.
- Take Food & Beverage orders, prepare food, and deliver them to the members and guests sitting by the pool.
- Other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- Starting rate is $15.00/hour.
- Pay may be slightly higher based on experience.
