Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations
Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet

Nice To Haves

ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Execution: Hands-on, leads from the floor, Drives consistency, standards, and flow of service, Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Systems Thinking & Resourcefulness: Navigates systems (scheduling, HR, inventory, etc.) effectively, Problem-solves in real time, Uses tools and processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
Team Leadership & Development: Experience leading student and entry-level teams, Builds an inclusive, supportive, and accountable team environment, Coaches, develops, and engages team members
