About The Position

Lavazza Cafe is seeking a Cafe Barista to provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. The Barista will prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso and coffee drinks, provide customers with product details, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. This role also involves operating the POS system, maintaining a clean workspace, and operating and cleaning equipment. The Barista will also obtain knowledge of and promote Regal Unlimited.

Requirements

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems.
Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence.
Take action beyond what is necessarily called for.
Perform under pressure and/or opposition.
Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
Must be able to obtain applicable food handling permits or certifications as required by law.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Performs other duties as assigned
