About The Position

SoLa Impact is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while crafting delicious coffee beverages and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café area, and ensuring our guests have a delightful experience. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong passion for coffee and beverage preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Candidates local to Los Angeles preferred

Responsibilities
