Requirements

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage products.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café.
Responsible for ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming environment that reflects the hotel’s brand standards.
Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
Handle cash and credit transactions following company cash-handling procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area, including dining, condiment, and preparation stations.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Support daily café operations, including opening and closing duties.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests when requested.
Uphold all brand policies, appearance standards, and customer service expectations.
