About The Position

Lavazza Cafe Barista position is responsible for providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. This role involves preparing and serving authentic Italian espresso and coffee drinks, providing customers with product details, and adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. The Barista will also operate the POS system, maintain a clean workspace, and operate and clean all equipment. Knowledge of and promotion of Regal Unlimited is also expected. This is a 21+ position as the area serves alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• This is a 21+ position as this area serves alcoholic beverages.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems.
• Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso and coffee drinks
• Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description upon request
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Operate POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Operating, preparing and cleaning of all equipment
• Obtain knowledge of and promote Regal Unlimited
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Regular and consistent attendance
