About The Position
Monarch Landing is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Cafe Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team! Monarch Landing is now hiring for a Cafe Attendant. We have high standards and seek only the best candidates.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certificate in food service sanitation required within the first 30 days of employment.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a kitchen environment required.
- Knowledge of techniques and equipment used in food preparation, storage, and handling.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ability to interpret and explain menu, answer questions and understands requests.
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness.
- Ability to learn and work with the dining point of service system.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
