About The Position

Priority Toyota Chesapeake is seeking a part-time Cafe Attendant to join their award-winning team. Requirements

• 18 Years of Age or Older
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to work weekends required
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and "listening" skills
• Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and customer service
• Ability to learn quickly, and be self-motivated
• Sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Prior barista/cafe experience preferred
• Current, valid, food handler card preferred, but NOT required

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness in the cafe
• Maintain appropriate storage standards for food items
• Provide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality
• Provides exceptional guest experience at all times
• Follow all company systems, policies, and procedures
• Give guests priority and attention at all times
• Keep equipment clean and sanitary
• Keep the complimentary coffee station filled and clean
• Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
