About The Position

Interactive Experience Unleashed is a family-friendly entertainment destination offering fun activities for guests of all ages. From VR games to birthday parties and group events, we pride ourselves on creating a clean, safe, and exciting environment—and that includes great food and friendly service at our snack bar! We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented team members to operate our snack bar. The Snack Bar Attendant plays a key role in preparing and serving snack food and beverages, keeping the snack bar area clean and stocked, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Requirements

Previous food service or cashier experience a plus, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
Teamwork is necessary (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 6 hours per shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner
Prepare and serve food items (pizza, snacks, beverages, etc.) according to safety and quality standards
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar and prep areas
Restock food, beverages, paper goods, and supplies as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with party and event food orders as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Provide excellent customer service at all times
