About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cafe Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our members, assisting them with selections, maintaining a clean and organized cafe area, handling transactions accurately, and preparing food and beverage items according to company recipes and safety standards. You will also collaborate with your teammates and supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.

- Must obtain an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense)
Responsibilities
- Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience.
- Answer questions and assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area.
- Manage transactions accurately.
- Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes.
- Work closely with teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
