Requirements

• Experience in hospitality
• Ability to plan for special events and calculate food costs.
• Love for serving the Lord and his people
• May have to bend, sit, or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 35 lbs.
• May have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Shop/order from a wide variety of vendors
• Train and schedule volunteers
• Prep items for all services
• Oversee the café floor during hours of operation
• Ensure the kitchen is well stocked with paper/plastic products
• Order for the church to keep all ministries stocked for weekly service and special events
• Perform monthly deep cleaning of all café equipment
• Perform deep cleaning and restocking of the church kitchen in the west building
• Perform other department-related tasks as needed and assigned by the Café Supervisor.
