About The Position

Holmes Tuttle Ford is seeking a Café Attendant to create a welcoming experience where customer service and hospitality matter. This customer-facing role involves making every customer’s visit more comfortable by providing refreshments, maintaining a clean café area, and delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, service-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This is a great entry-level position with stability and growth opportunity within a professional dealership.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and work independently

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality, café, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming café experience
• Prepare and serve complimentary beverages and light refreshments
• Keep the café, waiting area, and service lounge clean and organized
• Stock coffee, snacks, cups, and supplies as needed
• Monitor cleanliness of tables, counters, and appliances
• Assist customers with questions or direct them to the appropriate department
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
