About The Position

The Caesars Rewards Representative is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests at the Caesars Rewards Center. This role involves promoting the Caesars Rewards Program and its benefits, actively offering the Caesars Rewards Visa card to meet monthly acquisition goals, and providing accurate information about on-property promotions, events, and direct marketing offers. Representatives will also execute casino promotions, staff special event registration areas, and recommend various venues, outlets, and amenities to enhance the guest's experience. Key aspects of the role include creating a fun and exciting atmosphere, maintaining composure in difficult guest situations, resolving problems positively, and being receptive to direction and coaching from supervisors. The position requires adaptability to changes in marketing programs, strict compliance with all departmental policies, brand standards, internal controls, and state, federal, and tribal regulatory policies, as well as maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. A professional appearance is mandatory, and the role requires adherence to attendance guidelines, including working a varied schedule that encompasses holidays, nights, and weekends, with the expectation of reasonable overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy, proactively seeking out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily.
  • Acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet.
  • Initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet.
  • Keep your head up, look around (“head on a swivel”).
  • Look for opportunities to greet guests and others.
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
  • Welcome and greet guests at the Caesars Rewards Center.
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge to effectively and enthusiastically promote all aspects of the Caesars Rewards Program and its benefits.
  • Offer and promote the Caesars Rewards Visa card and successfully meet the minimum established monthly goals for Visa acquisition.
  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding on property promotions & events and direct marketing offers.
  • Execute promotions inside casino, assisting patrons participating in promotions.
  • Staff special event registration areas.
  • “Suggest” and recommend to various venues, outlets and amenities to enhance the guest’s experience while on property.
  • Create fun and excitement while interacting with guests.
  • Be able to maintain composure when dealing with difficult guest situations and commit to resolving all problems to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Be able to take direction and coaching from Supervisors and Leads in an upbeat and positive manner.
  • Embrace the changes that are routinely made in a marketing program that continues to evolve and grow.
  • Comply with all Caesars Rewards department policies & procedures and Caesars Rewards brand standards.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality when working with guest accounts.
  • Comply with all Internal Control policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all state, federal and tribal regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
