About The Position

Swingers is seeking a Caddie in Boston to help deliver an engaging guest experience on its Crazy Golf Course. Caddies act as interactive guides and active participants in guests’ experiences, provide beverage service, and take part in golf and other experience-enhancing activities with guests and colleagues. They perform their work in accordance with Swingers’ ethos, policies, procedures, and goals. The role requires working on premises and meeting the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including extended periods of walking, standing, or lifting heavy items, as well as working nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $10 per hour plus tips. Seasonal team members who work full-time hours (30 hours per week) during the Holiday season may be eligible for a $1,000 signing bonus, paid after three months subject to good standing. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience as a runner and/or busser in a busy environment.
TIPS alcohol certification.
Strong communication skills.
A knack for creating exciting and outstanding experiences for others and a passion for interacting with guests.
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company.
Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods.
Ability to meet the scheduling demands of the position, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to be on premises to perform all work requirements.
