About The Position

You don’t need to know everything on day one. In fact, if you have a CAD-related degree and 1–2 years of experience, we’re willing to train the right person. What matters just as much to us is how you approach the work. We’re looking for someone who is diligent, hardworking, curious, pays attention to the details, and isn’t afraid to ask questions. Someone who wants to understand why something is designed a certain way, not just draw what they’re told. At AMG, this role can be the beginning of a career path: CAD Technician → Senior CAD Technician → Designer. As your skills and experience grow, so can your responsibilities. Requirements

2-year degree in CAD Design, Architectural Design, Engineering Design, or a related field
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn
A solid work ethic
Desire to develop professionally
