About The Position

Ulteig is seeking a qualified CAD Technician to support the Transmission & Distribution group of engineers. This role involves providing technical drafting support and creating drawings using Microstation and AutoCAD, as well as designs in PLS-CADD, all under close supervision. The successful candidate will complete tasks within the Transmission & Distribution department, focusing on designing/drafting projects, and must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Requirements

Two-year technical degree or currently enrolled in school for Technical Drafting, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD is required
Knowledge of Microstation is required
Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
Good organization and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Must have permanent authorization to work in US

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PLS-CADD a plus, but not required
Knowledge in Transmission & Distribution design and drafting would be beneficial

Responsibilities
