About The Position

The Drafter works in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team to support the development of design and construction documents for building systems under the supervision of Senior Engineers. The role involves field investigation of existing site and system conditions and using Revit and AutoCAD to assist with mechanical and electrical systems documentation. The successful candidate approaches challenges with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This position is located in Vista, California, with travel of up to 10%. The expected compensation range is $25–$32 USD per hour, with actual compensation based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The role is eligible for performance-based bonuses, equity participation, and a comprehensive U.S.-based benefits package. Requirements

Training toward an associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting, an Engineering Technology program, or an engineering degree.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of experience; experience is preferred but not required.
Experience drafting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various facilities; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete field investigations of existing site and system conditions.
Use Revit and AutoCAD to assist in producing design and construction documents for mechanical and electrical systems.
Complete scheduling, programming, and quality control, and coordinate information and work across disciplines.
