CAD Engineer
About The Position
Work with Mechanical engineers to create and release detailed drawings for custom and standard components that will be part of the aircraft control surface structure. The initial task is to work with a team of mechanical engineers to create and release part drawings based on an existing detailed CAD design of multiple assemblies. The role requires knowledge of mechanical part drawing creation, GD&T, materials. It is helpful to have part fabrication and assembly manufacturing experience. Knowledge of aerospace design is helpful, but not required. A candidate that performs at a high level may be applied to further roles and tasks with increased responsibility.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience with Siemens NX
- Knowledge of mechanical part drawing creation
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Knowledge of materials
