Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
Autodesk Inventor experience preferred (Solidworks experience acceptable)
Programming experience in any language (C, Visual Basic, etc.) is a plus
Experience in 3D Printing is a plus

Responsibilities

Ensures that mechanical design standards and tools are used to deliver accurate and timely drawings (3D and 2D) in a timely manner to optimize sales, marketing, manufacturing, and profitability that is consistent with the Fulton values and operating philosophy.
Works with the Engineering , Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure accurate drawings are completed on schedule per requirements. CAD work will include but not limited to 3D and 2D Custom Engineered Systems, custom equipment, standard mechanical drawing updates, etc.
Effectively maintain all CAD data on a central database (Autodesk Vault) using proper folder structure and naming policies.
Create intelligent models and drawing tools to shorten creation time for drawings and documents. Leverages the abilities of software to the best of its ability to interface with the business system and other external tools to optimize day to day business.
Incorporate feedback from both internal and external customers. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve processes.
