About The Position

Baresque is seeking a detail-driven CAD Designer with a strong foundation in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to help bring concepts to life in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves creating accurate 2D and 3D designs and supporting their seamless execution in production. The CAD Designer translates sketches and concepts into production-ready designs, prepares CNC-ready layouts and DXF files, and develops client-ready drawings using approved templates. The position also coordinates with clients and distributors to process orders and maintains clear, professional communication across teams. The role is office-based initially; after six months, employees may work from home two days per week.

Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
At least 1 year of experience using AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
At least 1 year of CAD drafting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Preferred IT experience.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
Familiarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines.

Responsibilities
