About The Position

The CAD Designer creates detailed technical drawings and 3D models to support product development, engineering, and manufacturing. The role transforms design concepts into precise technical specifications while ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.

The CAD Designer develops 2D drawings and 3D models, refines designs in response to engineering feedback, prototyping results, and manufacturing constraints, and collaborates with R&D engineers, product developers, and production teams. The role also maintains records of design iterations, bills of materials, and technical specifications, and keeps current with CAD technologies, industry trends, and advanced modeling techniques.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CAD design, technical drafting, or mechanical design.
• Experience in product development, manufacturing, or industrial design environments.
• Educational background in Industrial Design or a related technical field, or a drafting certificate.
• Experience with AutoCAD and 3D solid modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Revise and refine CAD models based on engineering feedback, prototyping results, and manufacturing constraints.
• Work closely with R&D engineers, product developers, and production teams to support new product development.
• Maintain organized records of design iterations, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Stay up to date with new CAD technologies, industry trends, and advanced modeling techniques.
