About The Position

ROE Dental Laboratory, a full-service dental laboratory that has partnered with dentists since the 1920s, is seeking a CAM Technician to produce dental prosthetics. The role operates and maintains milling machines, prepares parts for printing or milling using build preparation software, and supports efficient, quality-focused production. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, understands file structures, and is highly organized. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior communication and listening skills.
Strong ability to prioritize.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of CAM or milling is a plus but is not required.
Very strong computer skills.
Understanding of file structure.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain multiple milling machines.
Use build preparation software to orient and properly support parts to be printed or milled.
Optimize printing or milling settings and production workflows in collaboration with colleagues.
Manage facility workflow to maximize resources and ensure jobs are delivered on time while maintaining quality and safety.
Proactively maintain inventory of spare parts, supplies, and consumables for printing machines and mills.
Contribute to CAM projects through milling execution and test program support.
