About The Position
MasterTech is seeking Cabling Foreman and Lead Technicians to join a rapidly expanding installation company in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and learning various aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of cabling experience and at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
Requirements
- 5 years of cabling experience.
- 1+ years of experience leading a crew.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct teams of 2 to 8 technicians on daily install activities.
- Oversee layout and labeling standards.
- Perform QC on terminations and testing.
- Act as the company representative and manage client interactions on site.
