About The Position
MasterTech is seeking experienced Cabling Foreman and Lead Technicians to join their rapidly expanding installation company in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement and learning various aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of cabling experience and over 1 year of experience leading a team.
Requirements
- 5 years of cabling experience.
- 1+ years of experience leading a crew.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct teams of 2 to 8 technicians on daily installation activities.
- Oversee layout, labeling standards, and QC terminations and testing.
- Act as the company representative and manage client interactions on-site.
