About The Position
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals who are interested in starting a career in the data center and telecommunications space. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and experience working in construction or similar environments. Requirements
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent performance
- Ability to safely work on ladders and elevated platforms
- Hands-on mechanical, electrical, or construction experience
- Exposure to tools, equipment installation, or technical environments
Responsibilities
- Pull and route fiber optic cabling throughout the data center environment
- Assist with assembling, stacking, and drilling server racks
- Scan, label, and organize equipment accurately
- Utilize computer systems to document equipment locations and part information
- Provide general support to experienced technicians during installation projects
