Requirements

Experience with physical labor, construction, or telecommunications, ideally in fiber pulling or OSP environments.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy cable reels and pull fiber over long distances.
Proficiency using hand tools and mechanical pulling equipment such as cable cutters, spools, and winches.
Ability to work in outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions, manholes, trenches, and construction areas.
Capacity to climb ladders (8–10 ft when needed).
Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate pulls and follow crew lead direction.

Nice To Haves

Previous fiber pulling or telecom OSP construction experience.
Knowledge of conduit systems, duct banks, and pull‑tape measurements.
Basic understanding of fiber‑optic cable types, minimum bend radius, and handling requirements.
OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
