About The Position

We are looking for a Cable Department Lead to come join the 4Wall team! While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for supervising the Cable Department Technicians and preparing, maintaining, and organizing all cables per 4Wall quality standards and procedures. This includes inspecting and prepping gear before going out on orders and likewise when returning to the Shop.

Requirements

• Experience in the entertainment lighting industry
• Good troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to take directions
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision
• Solid work background (including recent consistent work experience)
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Supervising the Cable Department Technicians
• Preparing, maintaining, and organizing all cables per 4Wall quality standards and procedures
• Inspecting and prepping gear before going out on orders
• Inspecting and prepping gear when returning to the Shop
