About The Position

We are looking for a Cable Department Head to come join the 4Wall team! While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for supervising the Cable Department Technicians and preparing, maintaining, and organizing all cable per 4Wall quality standards and procedures. This includes inspecting and prepping gear before going out on orders and likewise when returning to the Shop.

Requirements

• Experience in entertainment lighting industry is strongly preferred
• Good troubleshooting and repair skills
• Able to take directions
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision
• Solid work background (including recent consistent work experience)
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Supervising the Cable Department Technicians
