About The Position

Best Cheer Stone (BCS) is a company with a three-decade history in the stone market, focused on providing affordable excellence in stone materials. Their goal is to supply exquisite stone to fabricators and commercial builders, combining personalized service with global distribution capabilities. BCS operates factory-direct facilities on both coasts, offering a wide range of stone products including slabs, prefabricated countertops, vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels, and cut-to-size items. Their west coast facility boasts the largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops in the country.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a sales-driven environment with a proven ability to generate new business.
  • Strong sales mindset with the confidence to cold call, network, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel locally for customer visits; occasional out-of-town travel may be required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Understanding of cabinetry, construction, blueprints, or floor plans is required.
  • Ability to proactively and effectively acquire new customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the cabinet, kitchen, construction, building materials, flooring, stone, or related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with 2020 Design is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop new business by visiting kitchen & bath showrooms, cabinet dealers, and other industry professionals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers while expanding market presence.
  • Conduct regular outside sales visits throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and travel to neighboring states as needed.
  • Follow up on all customer inquiries, quotations, and projects to successfully convert opportunities into sales.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, job site visits, and project discussions in a timely manner.
  • Prepare cabinet layouts, quotations, and estimates.
  • Collaborate with the showroom, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service from quote to delivery.
  • Identify dormant accounts and actively re-engage previous customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Responsible for following up with customers to ensure any changes are accounted for, requests are fulfilled, and any challenges are addressed.
