About The Position

Zuern Building Products in Menomonee Falls, WI is looking to hire a full time Cabinetry Design Coordinator. This role involves working with a team of Cabinetry Design & Sales Specialists, learning about cabinetry design and sales, and joining a growing company with a supportive team environment and potential for career growth. The Cabinetry Design Coordinator will ensure accurate processing of all sales to customers, including processing requests for quotations and orders, data entry, scheduling, and communication with customers, vendors, cabinetry design and sales specialists, and co-workers.

Requirements

• High attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Requires problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
• Mathematical skills required to add, subtract, multiply, divide
• Great customer service skills are a must, customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
• Requires great oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees and clients
• Willingness to work with a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in administrative duties and cabinetry design or construction experience preferred
• Passion for design (i.e. interiors, colors, styles) preferred
• Requires travel for trainings

Responsibilities

• Creating estimates for the customer
• Setting up job files
• Creating purchase orders and ordering products
• Communicating with designer and/or customer on status of orders
• Scheduling deliveries and payment method
• Act as primary point of contact for customers in the showroom
• Assuming delegated administrative tasks (scheduling deliveries, entering orders) in an effective manner
• Problem solving and handling a number of tasks with flexibility and adaptability to change based on current needs
• Keeping literature, samples and showroom clean and up-to-date
