About The Position
Shop Employee Fast growing custom closet and home organization company looking for an experienced woodworking professional to join our manufacturing team. The Shop Employee will work in a manufacturing environment building custom products and operating a variety of woodworking equipment. Candidates should have hands on woodworking experience and be comfortable working with power tools, machinery, and detailed measurements.
Requirements
- Previous woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with an edge bander and sliding table saw preferred
- CNC operation experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking and manufacturing equipment
- Cut, assemble, and prepare materials for production
- Read measurements, drawings, and work orders
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Assist with various manufacturing tasks as needed
