About The Position

This full-time position supports the production and installation of custom cabinetry and millwork. The right candidate will bring hands-on construction or cabinetry experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a shop environment. This role works directly alongside our lead craftsmen on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or custom cabinetry
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and cut lists accurately
• Safe and competent operation of standard woodworking and power tools
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods in a shop environment

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom cabinet boxes, face frames, doors, and drawer components to spec
• Read and interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, and job-specific layouts
• Operate standard shop equipment: table saw, miter saw, router, drill press, and hand tools
• Sand, prep, and finish cabinet components in coordination with shop workflow
• Assist with cabinet installation on job sites as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with shop lead and ownership on job status and material needs
• Participate in quality checks throughout the build process
