About The Position
Cabinet Sales Specialist We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist to join our growing team in the Richmond VA market. This person is one who can combine design knowledge with a strong sales ability. The ideal candidate understands the cabinet business, is proficient in 2020 Design, can work directly with customers and trade professionals, and is motivated to develop and grow their existing customer relationships throughout the Richmond Va Market. This is not an entry-level position.
Requirements
- Established relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, designers, or other industry professionals in the Richmond area
- Experience networking with builder and remodeler associations
- Familiarity with Richmond area new-construction and remodeling
- Existing book of business
- Proven ability to generate new business
- Experience working with both trade customers and homeowners
- Field-measurement and plan-reading experience
- Knowledge of countertops, hardware, installation, and related products
- Proficient in 2020 Design
Responsibilities
- Meet the clients to understand their needs, style, and budget.
- Develop cabinet layouts and detailed design plans.
- Assist clients with cabinet, countertop, hardware, and accessory selections.
- Prepare estimates and proposals.
- Jobsite field measurements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and installers.
- Manage projects from the initial concept through ordering and installation
