About The Position
Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Cabinet Maker who thrives in a changing work environment and enjoys solving unique challenges with a varied workload. This role offers the opportunity to flex creative problem-solving skills to address a range of 1-hour-or-less repairs on various surfaces including cabinets. The company focuses on repairing minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, and Elevator Panels, aiming to save customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Surface Experts prides itself on providing fast service with a friendly and professional atmosphere, combining traditional skills with new technology for durable and appealing repairs.
Requirements
- Hands-on work experience – possibly in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies.
- The ability to accurately identify, match, and recreate colors is crucial, as color matching is a key aspect of our work.
Responsibilities
- Visit 4 or more customers daily
- Complete jobs on-site, providing top-tier customer service and follow-up
- Serve diverse clients from varying industries, including property management companies, hotels, moving services, and construction firms
- Provide extraordinary customer service to property management staff and tenants
- Maintain records of work progress and relevant notes within our CRM/Dispatch system
- Resolve questions or issues by communicating with the support team
- Perform repairs by understanding our exclusive 5-step process
- Creatively repair damage by problem-solving
