About The Position

Level Cabinets is hiring experienced Cabinet Installers in Auburn, Washington. Requirements

1–3+ years of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or woodworking experience preferred.
Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and installation plans.
Proficiency with common power and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to lift and handle cabinets and materials and perform physical work throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma, trade training, or equivalent experience.
1–3+ years of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or woodworking experience.

Responsibilities

Install, level, plumb, and securely fasten base, wall, and tall cabinets.
Read blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement and alignment.
Prepare installation areas, locate wall studs, and ensure surfaces are ready for installation.
Measure, scribe, cut, and install fillers, toe kicks, trim, molding, and custom panels.
Install hardware, adjust doors and drawers, inspect finished work, and ensure a professional result.
Operate power tools, hand tools, laser levels, and installation equipment safely.
Communicate professionally with customers and other trades, resolve installation challenges, and maintain a clean job site.
