About The Position

Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand. We are looking for Cabinet Finishers to join our team on the 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to spray all finishes.
• Ability to sand/wipe all finishes.
• Must have the ability to identify various finishes and wood species.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Must have good teamwork/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
• Perform sanding duties on the finishing line using a sanding block/sponge/paper.
• Perform wiping duties on the finishing line using a wiping rag.
• Perform loading/unloading duties as directed.
• Rotate between the various spraying job positions.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Actively participate with the natural work team.
• Other duties as assigned.
