About The Position

Cabinetworks Group, the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, is seeking Cabinet Finishers for their Waconia facility, which houses the Medallion brand. This role involves working on the finishing line to spray, sand, and wipe products according to production standards. The company offers an extensive selection of cabinetry products and is looking for individuals to join their team.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Ability to spray all finishes.
• Ability to sand/wipe all finishes.
• Must have the ability to identify various finishes and wood species.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Must have good teamwork/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
• Perform sanding duties on the finishing line using a sanding block/sponge/paper.
• Perform wiping duties on the finishing line using a wiping rag.
• Perform loading/unloading duties as directed.
• Rotate between the various spraying job positions.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Actively participate with the natural work team.
• Other duties as assigned.
