About The Position

Level Cabinets is hiring a customer-focused Cabinet Designer in Auburn, Washington. The designer creates kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry layouts using 20/20 Design software and works directly with customers to understand project goals, design preferences, budgets, and timelines. The role includes preparing detailed 2D and 3D renderings, layouts, specifications, and project quotes; guiding product selections; and coordinating with sales, contractors, builders, production, and installation teams to support projects from concept through completion. The designer manages multiple projects, meets deadlines, and builds customer relationships through professional communication and knowledgeable design guidance. Requirements

• Previous cabinet design experience.
• Proficiency in 20/20 Design software.
• Ability to interpret measurements, floor plans, and architectural drawings.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry layouts, materials, and installation requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry layouts using 20/20 Design software.
• Work with customers to understand project goals, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D renderings, layouts, specifications, and accurate project quotes.
• Help customers select cabinetry styles, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
• Coordinate with sales, contractors, builders, production, and installation teams to ensure accuracy from concept to completion.
• Organize and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build customer relationships through professional communication and knowledgeable design guidance.
